By creating an account or using Zotaro, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Zotaro provides an AI chatbot platform for website, WhatsApp, and Telegram channels, on the plan you've subscribed to. We may update features over time; material reductions in a paid plan's core functionality will be communicated in advance.
Your account and content
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the content you upload to train Zotaro. You confirm you have the right to use any content, data, or customer information you provide to the service.
Billing
Zotaro is billed monthly (₹299) or annually (₹2,999) as selected, in INR, plus applicable GST. Conversations are unlimited on both billing options — there is no per-conversation overage charge. You are responsible for your own WhatsApp Business API and Telegram Bot API accounts, including any charges those providers bill you directly. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zotaro to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate WhatsApp's or Telegram's own platform policies, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service without authorization.
Limitation of liability
